Locals gather at the site of an overnight bomb blast in Karachi on March 15.
Pakistani police say a bomb blast has killed three people and injured several others in Pakistan's biggest city of Karachi.
Police said the explosive device was detonated outside the office of a cable television operator in Karachi's Landhi area.
Police said the motive behind the bombing was unclear.
Police are still investigating the attack.
The bombing comes a day after a prominent Pakistani social activist was gunned down as she was walking home in Karachi.
Perween Rahman was a pioneering female activist who helped bring services like sewers and water to the city's poorest neighborhoods.
Karachi, Pakistan's commercial capital, has been plagued by political, sectarian, and ethnic violence.
