In a 16 October 2008 telephone conversation with the Research Directorate, an official with the National Chadian Commission (Commission nationale tchadienne) of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) stated that a primary school with the name Lycée de la Fidélité has opened a secondary section in another location under the same name. The official added that the primary school still exists, and both the primary and secondary Lycée de la Fidélité are private schools. Further or corroborating information could not be found within the time constraints of this Response.
