Information on the National Association of the Blood Feud Reconciliation (Shoqata Kombetare E Pajtimit Gjaqeve) could not be found among the sources consulted by the Research Directorate.

In 3 February 2007 correspondence sent to the Research Directorate, a representative of the Tirana-based Committee of Nationwide Reconciliation indicated that, following several enquiries made throughout Albania, he concluded that the National Association of the Blood Feud Reconciliation "[does] not exist or [has] minimal activity on blood feud conflicts in Albania." This information could not, however, be corroborated among the sources consulted by the Research Directorate within the time constraints of this Response.

This Response was prepared after researching publicly accessible information currently available to the Research Directorate within time constraints. This Response is not, and does not purport to be, conclusive as to the merit of any particular claim for refugee protection.
