According to an official at the Eastern Caribbean States High Commission, dual citizenship between Grenada and any other country is possible and without limitations, from the Grenadian side. There are no special cases for any specific countries and sometimes no residency requirements.

According to an official at the Guyana Consulate General, Guyanese nationals who obtain citizenship from another country do not lose their Guyanese citizenship, unless the other country requires this. Guyana recognizes dual citizenship with all other countries without exception. Some other countries (ie. Venezuela) do object to dual citizenship with Guyana, but Grenada is not among such countries.

This Response was prepared after researching publicly accessible information currently available to the Research Directorate within time constraints.
