The General Assembly,Not having been able to consider at its sixteenth session the question of manifestations of racial prejudice and national and religious intolerance submitted to it by the Economic and Social Council in its resolution 826 B (XXXII) of 27 July 1961, Decides to take up the item entitled "Manifestations of racial prejudice and national and religious intolerance" as soon as possible at its seventeenth session and at that session to devote as many meetings as possible to the consideration of that item. 1081st plenary meeting, 18 December 1961.
