In accordance with the Article 2, line 2 of the Law on the Government of the Republic of Serbia ("Official gazette RS" nos. 5/91 and 45/93) in reference to the Article 2, par. 4 of the Refugee Act ("Official Gazette RS" nos. 18/92),
The Government of the Republic of Serbia hereby issues the following:
ORDER ON THE MODALITIES OF CARING FOR THE EXPELLED PERSONS
Article 1
The persons who were forcefully expelled from the territory of Republika Srpska Krajina after 1 August 1995 to the territory of the Republic of Serbia (hereinafter: expellees) will have a right to accommodation and nourishment, financial assistance, health care and education.
Article 2
The expelle status shall be established by a decision of the Commissioner for Refugees of the Republic of Serbia and the Minister for Relations as set out in the line 1 of this Article.
Article 3
Establishment of an expelle status, issuance of expelle cards, keeping the files thereon, as well as provision of rights expellees are entitled to shall be executed according to the regulations on refugees.
Article 4
This Order shall come into effect the day after its publication in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia"
