For the names of those who were elected to the National Constituent Assembly (Asamblea nacional constituyente) on 25 July 1999, please consult the attached list from the Website of the National Electoral Council (Consejo nacional electoral).For individuals' political affiliations, please see the attached list obtained from the Website of El Universal, a Caracas newspaper. Please note that the results provided by El Universal understate the number of votes cast for each candidate.
