According to the International Lesbian and Gay Association Bulletin, Article 118 of the Estonian Penal Code banning homosexuality was repealed on 21 April 1992 (June-Sept. 1992, 9). Please find attached an excerpt of The Third Pink Book: A Global View of Lesbian And Gay Liberation and Oppression on the lesbian and gay movement in Central and Eastern Europe.
