The attached information comes from two sources: (1) the President of the Comité en Europe pour la Défense des prisonniers politiques en Djibouti (CODEPP), an organization, based in France, with the aim of informing the world of the lot of political prisoners in Djibouti. The document provides information on the current situation of political opponents and gives the names of political prisoners in Djibouti, including the names of prisoners who have been freed; (2) the President of the Association française des amis de Djibouti in France. This document lists persons who have been victims of human rights violations in Djibouti and provides an overview of the evolution of the political situation in Djibouti.
