Please find attached two reports that refer to the killing of Spanish Marist brother Moises Cisneros Rodriguez.
One of the report briefly states that "[o]n April 30, Spanish Marist brother, Moises Cisneros Rodriguez, was assassinated in Guatemala City" (ICCHRLA Jan. 1992, 13). The source adds that "[h]e was the director of the Marist School in Zone 6" (ibid.).
The other attachment reports that "Moises Cisneros Rodriguez, a native of Spain and a member of the Marist (Catholic) religious order, was stabbed to death in the morning of April 29 by unidentified men who broke into his offices" (GHRC 6 may 1991, 2). The source adds that "Cisneros Rodriguez was the principal of a Marist school for poor children in Guatemala City" (ibid.).
Additional information on the killing could not be found among the sources consulted by the DIRB.
