According to a letter sent to the Research Directorate on 23 September 1997 by the coordinator of the project for human rights monitoring of the Council for the Defence of Human Rights and Freedoms in Pristina, there is no elementary or secondary school in Peja or the Peja district called "Siri Kodra." Please consult the attached letters sent to the Research Directorate by the coordinator for a listing of the elementary and secondary schools in Peja and the Pej district, as well as for information on discrimination against Albanian students in Kosova.

This Response was prepared after researching publicly accessible information currently available to the Research Directorate within time constraints. This Response is not, and does not purport to be, conclusive as to the merit of any particular claim to refugee status or asylum.
