According to the attached 29 November 1996 Amnesty International report, a dozen members of the Tutsi ethnic group have recently been arrested in Kinshasa (1).

The attached reports describe how members of Tutsi communities have been treated in Kinshasa as a results of the conflict in the Great Lakes Regions of eastern of Zaire.

Information on whether there are any Tutsi communities or settlements in other regions could not be found among the source consulted by DIRB
