Nous vous envoyons, ci-joint, les résolutions adoptées, le 7 décembre 1988, par les Nations unies à la suite du rapport du Premier comité (First Committee) relativement aux transferts d'armes et la mise à jour de ces résolutions le 15 décembre 1989; la liste, datée du 6 décembre 1989, des sujets abordés par le Premier comité; un passage tiré de l'ordre du jour provisoire d'une réunion, daté du 15 juin 1989 et traitant du transfert international d'armes et, finalement, l'introduction d'un rapport de la Commission sur le désarmement daté du 22 septembre 1989.
