The attached articles contain a number of references and some details on the MTP. These state, among other things, that the MTP was created ca. 1988 and had Jorge Baños as its leader (see "Alfonsín tries to pre-empt military"). The attached documents include:

The book Political Parties of the World (London/Chicago: St. James Press, 1988), p. 19 describes briefly the MTP as "a left-populist party which was invited to join the FREPU broad left alliance in December 1986".
