Selon un représentant de l'ambassade du Venezuela, l'avis de convocation ci-joint aurait été délivré par le bureau d'immigration du Venezuela à un individu soupçonné d'être un résident illégal, ou bien à un individu qui devait agir comme témoin (26 mai 1993).
La DGDIR ne possède, à l'heure actuelle, aucun renseignement supplémentaire sur ce sujet.
