No information could be found on whether Tubadi Kalama was the deputy secretary general of the PDSC between 1989 and 1992, and on whether he died in 1992.
Africa Research Bulletin reported that "the Christian Social Democratic Party (PDSC) formed on April 26th" [1990], but no additional information is provided (15 Aug. 1990, 9797).
