Information specific to the conscription of reservists for active duty in Azerbaijan in 1989 is not currently available to the DIRB. For your interest, however, please find attached an article which notes that there were problems in the Transcaucasia region in conscripting reservists for training courses (BBC Summary 9 Nov. 1989).
