In a 22 May 1996 personal interview, an official of the Embassy of Israel in Ottawa stated that all citizens of Israel receive the available social services, regardless of the citizen's religion, race or other particulars. The official stated that information on the social services available to all Israelis was found in the 1995 Israel Information Center publication entitled Facts about Israel. Please find attached the health and social services sections from this publication.

The attachment from the publication Immigrant Absorption in Israel published by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Jerusalem, provides additional information on health services in Israel.
