Information on Pakistani passports, including photocopies of the application form, "Passport Declaration in Case of Muslims", and Section 6 of the Passport Act (1974) may be found in the Question and Answer Paper Pakistan: Treatment of Ahmadis Who Return (IRBDC Jan. 1992).

The Consul-General of Pakistan in Toronto has corroborated this information for the IRBDC (15 May 1992). He said that passports are not renewed; rather, new application forms must be filled out and new passports issued.

A representative of the High Commission in Ottawa has added that applicants simply require an application form, their old passport and three photographs (13 July 1992). The IRBDC is unable to corroborate this information at the present time.
