As discussed, please find attached three articles on Somaliland distributed by the Associated Press (AP), obtained through an on-line search of available newsbanks. The DIRB has been unable, however, to determine which Canadian newspapers subscribing to the AP wire news service published any or all of these articles.
This Response was prepared after researching publicly accessible information currently available to the DIRB within time constraints. This Response is not, and does not purport to be, conclusive as to the merit of any particular claim to refugee status or asylum.
