The chief of the Training and Research Division of the Theatre Sector General Division (Jefe de la División de Formación e Investigación de la División General Sectoral Teatral) of the National Council of Culture (CONAC, Consejo Nacional de la Cultura) provided the following information in a 14 May 1997 telephone interview.
Scribbles: Titerez Theatre Workshop (Garabato: Taller de Teatro Titerez) is a theatre group in Maracay that is involved in formative and creative theatre workshops for children. Garabato receives subsidies from CONAC and is currently developing new projects together with CONAC. Garabato also receives support from the State of Aragua, which loans the theatre group space for their adminstrative offices.
