Toutefois, veuillez trouver ci-joint des extraits de divers documents et des articles de journaux traitant du Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF, Front de libération des Maures islamiques), un groupe révolutionnaire musulman qualifié de « sécessionniste » car il réclame l'autonomie de l'île de Mindanao (Philippines International Centre for Human Rights mars 1991, 4; Dengenhardt 1988, 293).
