1, 2, 3) The attached list of ministers, state ministers and deputy ministers of Bangladeshi Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia provided by the British Broadcasting Corporation does not include A.B.M. Shahjahan, Mamdud Choudhury and Colonel Momin (BBC Summary 23 Sept. 1991, 1-4).
1) Reporting on the election of Mizanur Rahman Chowdhury, a former prime minister, as the chairman of the former governing party (the Jatiya Party), Reuters refers to A.B.M. Shahjahan as the "new deputy" of Chairman Chowdhury (1 Jan. 1991, 2).
2) Amnesty International Report 1991 refers to the release of former Prime Minister M. Rahman Chowdhury, who may be the same as Mamdud Choudhury, when the High Court of Bangladesh ruled his detention illegal (1992, 64).
