Please find attached a 1989 document that states the following:

Between 1973 and 1987 about 100 people were sentenced to death for land sales to Israeli nationals. All sentences, however, were passed in absentia, entitling defendants to a retrial if apprehended; no executions for this offence have been carried out (Amnesty International 1989, 159-160).

More recent documents by Amnesty International reporting on executions and the application of the death penalty in Jordan do not mention cases involving sales of land to Israeli nationals. Information on the status of the above-mentioned cases or the law affecting them since Jordan severed its relations with the West Bank in July 1988 could not be found among the sources currently available to the DIRB.

The attached and various other sources indicate that all death sentences have to be ratified by the King of Jordan.

Please find attached a report on the abrogation of the 1967 martial law in Jordan in July 1991 which may or may not be relevant to your question (Le Monde 9 July 1991). The report states that the abrogation of martial law does not affect processes that are under way before military tribunals nor decisions adopted by the economic security council.
