There is no information currently available to the IRB Documentation Centre on a Lubomir Samuel or a Samuel Lubomir in Czechoslovakia.
According to the British Broadcasting Corporation, Pavol Kis was appointed Prosecutor General of the Slovak Socialist Republic in October 1986 (BBC 30 October 1986). He had been acting head of the Prosecutor's Office since the former Prosecutor General of the Slovak SR, Martin Kovac, was released from the office in April 1986 (BBC 14 April 1986). A later article from the BBC indicated that Pavol Kis was still the Slovak Prosecutor General in January 1989 (BBC 20 January 1989). In November 1989, the Domestic Service in Bratislava reported on a statement made by Pavol Kis as Prosecutor General of the Slovak SR (FBIS-EEU-89-229, 29); however, in January 1990, Pravda reported on the appointment of Tibor Boehm to this office (FBIS-EEU-90-017, 35). Tibor Boehm gave up the office of Prosecutor General of Slovakia to become the Prosecutor General of Czechoslovakia on 5 February 1990 (FBIS-EEU-90-028, 37). There is no information currently available to the IRB Documentation Centre regarding the name of Boehm's replacement or the present Prosecutor General of Slovakia.
