Please find attached a copy of previous responses on the subject of military service. Please note that the main part of response 3819 consists of a chart in English from the response to information request 2845 (the first paragraph of 3819 explains this). The second paragraph of the French-language text states that the Embassy of Honduras was contacted in order to obtain a response on the questions asked, and that such response was being awaited. A follow-up to that information request could not be found among the IRBDC files. Please note also that response to information request 3938 consists of a previous response on the subject dated 6 March 1989 and its attachments, with no cover sheet addressing directly information request 3938.
Additional corroborating information, including risks faced by refusal to perform military service, could not be found among the sources currently available to the IRBDC.
