According to the African Research Bulletin issue of 1-31 October 1991, the Minister of Justice was Moumin Osman. However, an earlier issue of the African Research Bullletin (1-31 Aug. 1991) reported that Sharif Uthman was the executive member responsible for justice and religious affairs. Additional and/or corroborating information could not be found among the sources currently available to the DIRB.
