Selon la porte-parole de la section consulaire auprès de l'Ambassade d'Israël à Montréal, les ressortissants nigérians qui désirent se rendre en Israël via le port d'entrée de Taba doivent se procurer un visa à l'Ambassade d'Israël au Caire (Conversation téléphonique tenue le 22 mai 1991).
