You may find in page 3 the latest available statistics on claims received since 1 January 1989, classified by country of alleged persecution (India: 89 claims). In pages 1 and 2, you may find the number of claimants, by country of alleged persecution, found to lack credible basis, be ineligible, or have refugee status confirmed or denied (India: 5 confirmed, 19 found to lack credible basis, 4 denied).
