1. Insert between the first and second paragraphs of the preamble the following text:
"Recognizing the responsibility of the United Nations for the international protection of refugees;"
2. At the end of paragraph 3(b) of the text of the resolution (United States version) and the words: "as soon as it is established".
3. In paragraph 7 of the Annexe (French version) for "Economic and Social Council" read "General Assembly".
