Germany: Information on whether the German authorities would renew or issue a new travel document to a person who is entitled to asylum in Germany, who has been given an unlimited residence permit in Germany and also a travel document for refugees, and who allows his/her travel document to expire while applying for refugee status in another country, in the advent that this person fails to obtain refugee status in that country; and information on whether this person would be allowed to return to Germany to resume residence, and whether this person could appeal any negative decision by the German authorities, 1 December 1994
