TRIAL CHAMBER II ("Chamber") of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 ("Tribunal"),
NOTING the "Decision on Requests for Acquittal Pursuant to Rule 98 bis of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence" rendered by the Chamber on 27 September 2004 ("Decision"),
CONSIDERING that paragraph 64 of the Decision should be read as follows: "Furthermore, the Chamber concludes that there is sufficient evidence indicating that these crimes were committed by forces subordinated to the Accused Hadzihasanovic and that the Accused Hadzihasanovic could have been aware of these killings." (including footnotes 114 and 115),
FOR THE FOREGOING REASONS,
PURSUANT to Rule 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the Tribunal,
ORDERS that the Decision be amended as set out above.
