Signatory States, Declarations and Reservations. Adopted by the General Assembly by it Resolution 61/106, at its 76th plenary meeting on 13 December 2006. In accordance with its article 10, the Optional Protocol is open for signature by all signatory States and regional integration organizations of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities at United Nations Headquarters in New York as of 30 March 2007.
