RN (Returnees) Zimbabwe v. Secretary of State for the Home Department

Secretary of State for the Home Department CG [2007] UKAIT 00094. Subsequently replaced by EM and Others (Returnees) Zimbabwe CG [2011] UKUT 98 (IAC).
