Application for judicial review challenging the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the United States of America for Cooperation in the Examination of Refugee Status Claims from Nationals of Third Countries, also known as the Safe Third Country Agreement (STCA). The judgment was further appealed before the Federal Court of Appeal: 2008 FCA 229.
