Comments:
The Constitution was considerably amended in 2016 (revised version adopted on 14 September 2016) and has since seen some additional amendments by constitutional laws of 09.10.2017, № 617-V; 25.09.2020 № 297-VI: and 21.01.2023 № 531-VI. The Russian and Turkmen texts contain these amendments, whereas the English unofficial translation is the 2016 version of the Constitution and does not contain the 2017, 2020 and 2023 amendments.
