UNHCR intervention before the European Court of Human Rights in the case of T.I. v. the United Kingdom

Comments:
By letter of 6 December 1999, the European Court of Human Rights invited UNHCR to submit a written intervention in the case of T.I. v. the United Kingdom (Appl. No. 43844/98). The Court specifically requested that UNHCR's submission should deal with the aspects of the case relevant to refugee protection, including the operation of the Convention Determining the State Responsible for Examining Applications for Asylum Lodged in One of the Member States of the Community ("Dublin Convention").
