This is an unofficial translation. The Decree was adopted and promulgated by the Minister of Justice and Law Enforcement on 11 December 2007, with entry into force on 1 January 2008. The Decree was subject to multiple amendments, the latest being the Minister of Interior Decree 69 of 2013 (date of promulgation: 11 December 2013). The current text reflects this state of affairs as at 9 May 2014.
