On 27 May 2008, the European Court of Human Rights (Grand Chamber) held that there would be no violation of Article 3 of the Convention in the event of the applicant being removed to Uganda: <a href="?docid=483d0d542&amp;page=search">N v. United Kingdom</a> (Application no. 26565/05).
