Tonga: Nationality Act
Comments:
Revised edition as at 2016, with amendments up to 2010. The Act covers nationality at Part I and naturalisation at Part II. Sets out the categories of persons deemed to be Tongan subjects, the grounds and procedures for granting and revoking naturalisation.
The 2007 amendment to the Act removed sections 3-7, which included gendered provisions.
