This is the offcial text. This law was adopted on 27 February 1992, was enacted on 23 March 1992 and was published in the supplement to the Boletim Oficial de Cabo Verde N° 14 of 6 April 1992. This law amends Articles 5, 9, 12, 13 and 19 of the Law N° 80/III/90 of 29 June 1990. This law repeals Articles 14, 16, 18, 35, and 36 of the Law N° 80/III/90 of 29 June 1990.
