Comments:
Agreement by the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the Government of United States of America, the provisional Government of the French Republic, and the Government of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics signed in London on 8 August 1945 and entered into force on the same day. The Agreement was deposited with the UN Secretary-General at the request of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland on 15 March 1951.
