NOTE: On 30 March 2024, the parliament approved constitutional amendments to the first four chapters of the provisional constitution. No text of this amendment act is readily available. The constitutional amendments led to Puntland announcing its withdrawal from the federal system (until the completion of the constitution via referendum).
