Constitution of the Republic of Mozambique (unofficial translation 2018)
Comments:
The Portuguese version of the consolidated constitution starts at p. 782-(9) and starts with the Law No. 1/2018 of 12 June which amended the 2004 Constitution. The English version is an unofficial translation. It appears that another constitutional amendment was adopted in 2023 as reported here: https://360mozambique.com/development/president-promulgates-constitutional-amendment-that-postpones-mozambican-district-elections/ on the postponement of the district elections that were initially scheduled for 2024. This amendment is not included here and it would be necessary to verify the relevant Boletim da Republica (August 2023) for the text of the amendment.
