Regulation No. 53 of January 23rd 2003 with amendments of July 8th 2003; since amended by regulation 769/2004 of September 20th 2004. This regulation is complementing the Aliens Law (No. 96/2002). Particular attention should be paid to Art. 15, 24, 28.29, 68, 92,93 and 96 to 106 plus Annexes 2 and 3, dealing with identity, registration, the legal effects of asylum etc.
