Iran: Criminal Code of Procedure for Public and Revolutionary Courts (repealed)

Unofficial translation provided by the Iran Human Rights Documentation Center. On 23 February 2014, the Parliament ratified a new Criminal Code of Procedure (entry into force: 21 April 2014) that supersedes the Criminal Code of Procedure for Public and Revolutionary Courts of 1999. An English translation for the new Code is not available.
