Zimbabwe: Act of 1983 on Refugees (Amended 2001)

An act to make provision for refugees; to enable effect. to be given within Zimbabwe to the Convention
Relating to the Status of Refugees, done at Geneva on the 28th July, 1951, to the Protocol Relating to
the Status of Refugees of the 31st January, 1967 and to the Convention Governing the Specific Aspects
of Refugee Problems in Africa, done at Addis Ababa on the 10th September, 1969; and to provide for
matters connected with or incidental to the foregoing.
