This is an unofficial translation of the constitution that was adopted on 06 April 2017. The 2017 Constitution replaces the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand (Interim), B.E. 2557 (2014) promulgated on the 22nd July B.E. 2557. An amendment was adopted in 2021 replacing sections 83, 86 and 91 (see link to amendment under 'related documents'.
