Comments:
The Sudanese Nationality Act 1957 is repealed with the entry-into-force of the Sudanese Nationality Act 1994. The Sudanese Nationality Act 1994 is amended by the 2011 Amendment and the 2018 amendment. Confer with Article 44 of the Draft Constitutional Charter for the 2019 Transitional Period.
