The Code of Criminal Procedure has been amended, however a transcription is currently not available. Below is the the 2011 Code of Criminal Procedure (Amendment) Act. See attached for the full Act (without the 2011 amendments). The Code was further amended by the Criminal Law (Third Amendment) Act, 2011 of 28 December 2011 (attached).
